Special Operator Trainings
The Training process molds the thinking of employees and ultimately leads to quality performance of employees. Training is thus continuous and never ending in nature. In order to ensure that your equipment functions well and gives you a lifetime service, we recommend that both the Operators and Maintenance personnel undergo training.
We offer two modes of training which are
Initial training
An Employee requires Initial Training when a new system or equipment is introduced and the technicians are new to it.
Refresher training
Regular training done to update and refresh skills
Trainings can be conducted at the Customer’s premise or alternatively presented on the Manufacturer’s factory in order to monitor the assembly process in real time, study the equipment design features, and teach basic skills for troubleshooting and diagnostic. Manufacturer’s representatives can be invited when conducting similar training on the customer’s premises.
